'No records Found' Error on Map

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    On my mobile phone and on some of our customer’s devices, they are getting a ‘No records Found’ error on their map.

    I’ve attached a screenshot below.

    Please let me know if you know how to fix this, and I thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    please try re-saving the default location. You can find that in

    GeoDirectory – Settings – Locations (tab) – Cities (subtab)

    Find the default location in the list and then click edit. Move the pin a bit and then re-save that location.

    Let us know how it goes, and if the issue persist write back with WP Admin credentials so we can take a look at the settings.
