    My create a listing form pre-populates with Philadelphia and Pennsylvania for all of my users. How can I disable or clear this?

    Hello,

    Have you already installed the Location Manager? That addon gives you settings to allow your site visitors to add listings in one, some, or all countries/regions/cities.

    Once installed you can find those settings at
    GeoDirectory – Settings – Locations

    If that’s not the issue, please share WP Admin credentials and a login URL so we can check your settings.

    If you need to change the default location (to something besides Philadelphia) you can do that in

    GeoDirectory – Settings – Locations – Cities -> Choose a different city as default location

    Yes, I have installed Location Manager. I do not want any default location—I’d like to remove this, not change it.

    Hello,

    There must always be a default location. That is where the map starts on the add-listing page.
