Missing search box in new version of GeoDirectory

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Prior to a recent update, there was a search box for users to search for specific listings based on their name or location. This has now disappeared and we can’t find any way to add it back in on the back end.

    Can anybody help?

    Thanks for your post. In GDv2, the search form can be added to your homepage by using shortcodes as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/design-elements/#gd_search .
