Places gd_details GD Single New Style Template Hero Image?

    I am using GD V2 and the Whoop Theme and the GD Single New Style Template and have a few questions.

    1. If I use only one image or the Default Category Image I get a large full-size Hero Image but if I have two or more images I get smaller side by side images. I prefer the smaller images. Is there a way that I can get the small image if I am only using the one Default Category Image?

    2. On the Places page how can I set the default view? see screenshot. For example if I want List View to be the default view where would I set that up?
