Listing problem ,customer cannot access his ad to make changes

    Hi

    A “customer” creates an account to publish an ad,the ad gets published on geo-directory has per normal.

    This is the problem see below:
    “Customer” decides he wants to make “changes” to his ad
    “Customer” logs in with user name and password
    “Customer” instead of being greeted by his “original” ad to make the changes he is greeted with a new profile and new listing page.

    So not sure whats going on here?

    Hi Harry,

    Thanks for your post. You can insert a “GD > Dashboard” widget on the sidebar that allows your customers to edit his own listings. Have you done that?
