Geodirectory Plugin not working

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We used GeoDirectory paid plugin but we got some errors
    While saving the details, we got this error: “Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED”

    Also, We got some errors in console
    Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).gdunveil is not a function
    Uncaught ReferenceError: geodir_all_js_msg is not defined

    Please let me know how to resolve these errors

    OK, the geocoding error means that your Google Maps API keys might not be setup correctly. You can use these instructions to create a new one: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/google/#easy

    For the console error, that is not familiar so we would need to check it out.

    Please share WP Admin credentials and a login URL in a private reply.

    Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.
