Hi
I have a contact form on my listings for visitors to contact the business/event directly but several of my clients have said they havent received the enquiries. We receive a CC of these enquiries but my clients are saying they havent. Any ideas what the issue could be?

hi eic2010,

Thanks for your post. We’ll need to install the “Email Log” plugin to troubleshoot this. Could you install it and then do another test contact form submission and see if the emails are being sent out ?
