    Hello

    I have an update problem, my license keys are well put but when I want to update it I note: “Your license has not been activated for this domain, please activate it first. ”
    I do not understand what I have to do

    Try de-activating and re-activating the licenses.

    It’s perfectly safe to deactivate and reactivate the licenses.
    I am guessing that you changed your website URL since the last time you entered your licenses.

    Hello,

    I made a backup of the files and the database first!
    I clicked on deactivate, I handed the key of the corresponding license but I do not have the button “activate” which appears, it is still the button “désactiver” which is there! and when I click on it is noted: “Something went wrong!”

    Can you help me please because I have 3 plugin to update and I can not!

    I already updated them.
    Sometimes you have to refresh the page after de-activating the licenses before you can re-activate them.
