Object-Cache breaks other site and plugin functions

    I use another plugin to conduct event registrations on our website. Consequently, we cannot use object-cache since the registration relies upon the transients to complete the payment process. After DAYS of trying to figure out where the object-cache.php is coming from, I finally narrowed it down to the GeoDirectory Core plugin. Is there any way to completely disable the creation of the object-cache.php file that is being auto-created every time I reactivate the GeoDirectory plugin? I am using Version 2.0.0.67, as well as GeoDirectory Location Manager Version 2.0.0.22.

    Please mark this is closed. After a much deeper evaluation, it appears to be a problem with W3 cache. Despite the object-cache and database-cache features being unchecked, when I reactivate GeoDirectory, it recreates the object-cache file. When I disable W3 it does not occur. So this has been reported to W3 cache as their problem. This had no direct issue on GeoDirectory, but transients for our registration platform. However, if others report a similar issue, this is what is happening. Thank you for your time.
