Place isn't showing up

I recently added my first “place” using location manager addon in geodirectory. However when I click on the category where that place was added in the category widget, the place I added does not show up. Also when I search for the place using the search field, it also does not show up. Can anyone help me understand why the place I added isn’t showing up?

Hello,

Is the place published?
Does it have a complete address and lat lon?

If we need to check the settings please write back with WP Admin credentials and site URL in a private reply.
