Trouble applying design pages

    Hi there, I am having trouble applying the design changes to my listing details page.

    I have tried changing the design with Elementor, with Gutenberg, and with the classic editor. The changes work when I view the template, but are not applied to the content in my directory.

    Have also tried creating new pages and assigning them in the general settings and custom post type settings – no avail.

    Not sure if this is a bug or I am missing a step! Have followed all the instructions here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/page-design/

    I would like to also customize the other template pages, but am feeling a bit discouraged after this! Any help appreciated.

    What are the changes you are trying to implement?
    Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply so we can check your settings.
    Include full details, including URLs of pages etc that you are editing and what you are trying to do, and what does not work.

    did you use Elementor Pro theme builder as described here:

    Just gave admin access again, sorry I put that temporary account back on subscriber status when I didn’t hear back and hadn’t seen anyone try to login with that account.
