Hey support,

I have a listing that I added testing the paid premium listing upgrade. When it came time that it expired at the end of a month I changed it manually in admin view to the Free Listing option. Yet I am still getting notices that the listing will or has expired.

Is there a setting that needs to be changed. I thought I had this setup so that a paid listing would revert to a Free Listing when it expired. Maybe it has but if this is the case does the system still generate an expired notice after it has reverted to the free listing?

Do you have the option Renewal for free package checked?

That is in the Pricing tab

Downgrade options are in the pricing package.
