Map on Homepage not showing at 100%

Hi,
I’m having difficulty getting the map on the hompage of my site to go full screen. It only allow me to set the template to full width but when I do this, the sidebar still appears next to the map. I want the map full screen on top with my listings and sidebar below.

Here’s a waybackmachine image before the updating to V2. The image map used to load full screen at top. Wayback doesn’t cache this but it helps to reference the layout.
