    Im getting an error on my front page map. “Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.”

    Deleting the plugin and reinstalling doesn’t work. Please help 🙂

    Thank you for the quick response. Unforuntaly ive looked on many forums and havent been able to find the issue. I have confirmed the wordpress version is up to date, the plugin is up to date, and the permalink structure is correct.

    you will need a license to use the latest version of Location Manager

    Thanks for your reply. Without the “Location Manager” activated, you can only display listings in a single city, region, and country as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/location-manager/#introduction . I see that you have the older version of the Location Manager Addon. Kindly update and activate it.

    Thank you guys. I will try this out. Just so I dont buy it and it does nothing are both of you sure that buying a license will activate the map?

    Kor,

    I was on a call with Alex the other morning and he deleted the plugin because he said I did not need it. Is that true that I do not need the location manager plugin or is the wrong one activated and that is why the map is not working?

    My client mentioned that the map was working until someone did something to his website. He doesn’t know what but before this guy went in there it was working. Not sure if it is a licensing issue or I just need to add a plugin/addon. Please direct me to the right source and your thought on what to do next.
