    Hi all,

    I have a problem with e-mail notifications.

In the backend, under the menu “geodirectory”, there is the voice notifications.

Here we can find the followin email for user’s registration success:

    Dear [#client_name#],

You can log in with the following information:

    [#login_details#]

    You can login here: [#login_url#]

    Thank you,

    [#site_name_url#].

Instead, I receive this emails for registration success:

Thanks for registering! To complete the activation of your account please click the following link:

    http://museum-advisor.com/activate/c7b4f55a8b548283b889464a69b/

How can I set up the emails in order to send the geodirectory mails?

    thank you very much

    Hi,

that nornally happens when using a different registration form, or if you have any plugin hooking into the wordpress registration procees.

Are you using GeoDirectory signup page to register?

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hi,

I think I’m using Geodirectory signup page.

    I found the options:
If this option is selected, the GD registration form will points to the BuddyPress registration from.

But I didn’t enable that option.

    Thank you

    Hi,

you have both a register link and a join link visible in the header, both pointing to buddypress registration.

In addition it seems like also the GD registration has been redirected to buddyrpess registration.

In any case using 2 different registration form on 1 website isn’t a smart idea and we suggest to use the buddypress registration when buddypress is installed.

There are definitely plugins allowing you to modify the buddyrpess registration notification. https://wordpress.org/plugins/welcome-email-editor/

    Thank you
