When you first do a search by zip everything works and the locations appear. The problem is that if you enter a new zip code and search again the only variable that updates in the query string is “snear”. The lat (“sgeo_lat”) and lon (“sgeo_lon”) do not update so the locations are the ones from the initial search.

    Example:
    First search:
    19711

    Query string: geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=+&snear=19711&sgeo_lat=39.7215173&sgeo_lon=-75.7487779

    Results:
    All expected locations for 19711

    Next search:
    06604

    Query string:
    geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=+&snear=06604&sgeo_lat=39.7215173&sgeo_lon=-75.7487779

    Results:
    Same results from first search

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Please allow us to take a look. Share a couple of the full URLs so we can see the issue on your site.

    Thanks

Forum support is only available for free users when there is no premium plugin running on the site.

Please pick up a license for your premium addons

Since this is a client site, I can’t say for sure, but I don’t believe it is running any premium addons. None are showing on the main plugins page or within the GeoDirectory extensions.

Is there somewhere else I can look? Thanks.

If you are not using any add-ons, then that is most likely the problem.
You have listings in different cities or at least that is how it looks like. You will need the Location Manager addon for that to work correctly.
Please post your WP admin details in a private reply and we’ll have a look at your settings if you like.
    Thanks
