Admin Not Receiving Notifications

    Hey Guys,

    When I originally set up the site my email was set as the admin email under “settings” as well as in the email for notifications for geodirectory. But once I turned it over to the client I updated those emails to his in both places.

    The odd thing is, when a comment is left on the site they are still coming to my inbox. Any idea why this is happening? Is there a 3rd spot that I’m overlooking. I tried clearing cache just in case but it doesn’t resolve anything.

    Any thoughts?

    Are you still an administrator of the site? Maybe it sends to all admins? Not sure really, I’ll get Paolo to have a look at your question too.

    Hi,

    Could it be that you are still admin s Guust said and you installed a plugin to push wp notifications to all admins?

    I would need to check your settings to tell you more.

    Actually,

    I think it’s just the user role. The one I gave you is editor and if I remember correctly editors are set to redirect to the home page.

    Just use the new credentials above to log in and address the original issue.

    Hi,

    this is really strange, I’ve asked to Stiofan to have a look.

    In the mean time you can fix with this plugin, that allows you to extend notifications to other users too: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cc-admin-emails/

    OK everything does seem to be going to him, i think maybe the problem is that you are getting copies of the emails too so you think it’s just going to you? Please run some tests and check he email logs, everything seems to be working right to me.
