Franchise Manager Questions

    Hi,

    we just installed the franchise manager. I have 2 questions:

    1. When a user wants to add a franchise, does the title stay the same (for example Burger King) or can this be used by a hotel to add their related venues inside the hotel (different names for each outlet).

    So in the case of Burger King the name of each listing will stay the same and the address, phone, and so on will change. But in the case of the hotel, the name of each listing will change, but the address will be the same.

    2. How does the franchise manager work with ‘featured’ listings? If the main business wants a featured listing, does that mean that all the other places are featured as well?
