Hide Comments and Reviews for one CPT only

Hello there,

I would like to disable all comments and reviews for the events CPT only. I have been able to disable the review and comment input boxes but the details page still shows “Write a Review”, “Add photo”, “Share”, “No Comments”, and the Font awesome icon underneath the picture. I tried using the css below but it hid the “Write a Review” button for ALL CPTs, whereas I only want to hide it for the events CPT. Can you please advise. Many thanks.
