Hi there – after importing my csv and upload the images via Filezilla, the feature area background images not displaying. How can I fix that?

I’m using the latest version of wpgeodirectory and wordpress’ latest version too.

Many thanks in advance for your help!

    Hello,

make sure you have not disabled that feature. The setting is at

GD – Settings – Design – Details – Disable theme featured image functionality (UNCHECK)

If that isn’t the issue please share WP Admin credentials and site URL so we can check the settings.

    Hi Dinis,

I have updated the post and it works. the image was uploaded as attachment it was not the featured images.

I saw the csv file and the post_images field have value “associacao-patudos-felizes.png”
which is not a valid data format. It should be url of the image.

Upload image by FTP is not good idea. because there are lots of data get save in DB during post creation. If you have proper data format specified in csv. There should not be issue.

    Thanks

    I imported new listings.

If it is a problem with the sheet, you can attach the sheet you tried to import here and we can take a look.

In your video it looks fine, the sheet data look fine, and I see the issue.

I recommend you try again without switching to ODS.

    Hello,

I have learned there is a 20 character limit on that field, it is a limit in the database and applied when the field is created.

    Is that a workable limit?

It looks like you are trying to put a city or other area name into the zip code.
