    Hi,

Wanted to check on the following:

    1. FOR A FREE PACKAGE: Assuming I have done the verifications, and a user has already an account (i am using Buddypress for account), then instead of asking them to claim the listing from front end, can i just change the OWNER, and the Post EXPIRE DATE in admin? Will this have any different behaviour than Submit+Approve claim?

I suppose the zero value invoice will not be made in pricing manager for this? Is that the only diff or any other?

    2. FOR A PAID PACKAGE: If a client has say 10 listings (branches), and does not want to do 10 claim forms + payment gateway transactions to claim these, and wants a single invoice (which I can make offline, and collect payment by check/bank transfer), then from admin can I set similarly the OWNER/EXPIRE DATE and will then all the behaviour be the same as if it had been done thru pricing manager+payment gateway?

    3. Similarly, as above, if a NEW customer wants to add 10 branches and does not want to go thru PG 10 times, then can we just add from admin, and invoice+pay offline, and other behaviour will be the same?

    Thanks very much,
    Vivek

It will not work the same, no. It is better that any listing that you want to be setup with a package should go through the frontend checkout process. Maybe make a coupon and use that for checkout, that is one way to do it.

Once a listing has been setup with the package then yes you can adjust the expire date manually.

The above would apply to non-subscription/non-recurring packages. There is not a way to simulate those as they require the gateway interaction.
