New places save from site, not from admin

Hi,

I have installed the plugin today and all been fine until I started adding new places.

When I add them in the WP admin it fails to save any data other than the name and the images, which show on the front end. The main place description also saves but does not display on the frontend.

When I add a place via the form on the front end, using all the same data, it saves all the data and displays all of this on the frontend without issue.

Has anyone come across this before and know a fix?

Hello,

make sure you have not Network Activated the plugin. It should be activated on the subsite only.

If that isn’t the issue, we’d be happy to take a look. Please share a link and WP Admin credentials for the site in a private reply.
