    My website suddenly started doing this on teh main map:

    No records found

    And showing me the entire world.

    Any ideas?

    Please make sure you are using the latest versions of GeoDirectory and Addons.

    Try clearing site cache.

    If the issues persists, please write back with WP Admin credentials so we can check on the issue

    Hi Mohammed,

    Please have a look. The issue is fixed.
    seems it was loading event as default post type on map.
    Since map cpt is empty so map was not showing any pin.

    It worked, but when I updated Geodirectory, it stopped working again?
    Is there some setting I can change to keep it working?

    When you are not logged into the site, it doesn’t work. But when I am logged in, then it works. I was not logged in on my phone. I logged out on desktop, and now the error is back. Any ideas?

    Please clear the cache on-site and server and check again.
    It seems like a cache issue.

    I cant see the issue now for both logged in and non-loggedin.
    I will close this issue.
