Hi everyone,
I’ve installed latest version of the following plugins today:
– GeoDirectory
– GeoDirectory BuddyPress Integration
– GeoDirectory Claim Manager
– GeoDirectory Custom Post Types
– GeoDirectory Events
– GeoDirectory Location Manager
– GeoDirectory Marker Cluster
– GeoDirectory Payment Manageron WordPress 4.3.1 with Kleo theme (and several other plugins).
When I access Geodirectory -> Permalinks, Add listing page is empty, and I can’t find default Add listing page in pages. However Listing Preview, Listing Success and Location page are present and working fine.
I’ve run GD pages check from GD tools and here is the output:
Add Listing page exists with proper setting.
Listing Preview page exists with proper setting.
Listing Success page exists with proper setting.
Location page exists with proper setting.
GD Checkout page exists with proper setting.
Manage Invoices page exists with proper setting.Do you have any idea how to resolve this? I’ve found this link as suggestion https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/how-to-restore-virtual-gd-pages/ but it is no longer working.
Thanks in advance.
September 21, 2015 at 7:34 pm #53987Hi and thanks for joining,
if the GD Tools reports that : Add Listing page exists with proper setting.
The page should be there. I think it checks for the page slug, not title.
Otherwise you can create just any page and assign it as the add-listing page in GeoDirectory >> Permalinks.
If you provide a url and admin credentials in a private reply (only staff can read them), we will have a look and fix it for you.
Let us know,
Thanks

the add listing page was in draft status. Just to make sure it clear. When I say you can create any page and assign it as add listing page in GeoDirectory >> Permalinks, means that the system will put the form to add / edit listings on the page you selected.
In any case I’ve pubblished the add listing page you had in draft and assigned it and it seem to work fine.
Let us know,
Thanks
September 21, 2015 at 11:04 pm #54029Hi,
I have no idea how that happened. 🙂
I understand now, thanks for clarifying.Yes, add listing for places now works fine ({url}/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place). However, add listing for events behaves in the same way ({url}/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event). Any idea how to fix it?
You can use the same account as before.
Best regards.
September 21, 2015 at 11:12 pm #54031In GeoDirectory >> Design >> Navigation >> Allow post type to add from frontend Events is not selected.
Thanks
September 21, 2015 at 11:20 pm #54032Of course… I was fiddling with that menu before, trying to Add listing to main navigation, and since it didn’t work with this theme I reverted some of the settings to default.
Anyway, everything works fine now. Thanks a lot for your help, really appreciate it. 🙂
