How to hide notice if comments are disabled?

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    If I disable comments (and reviews), I have the notice “no comments available”.
    How can I hide this notice?

    Remove the Ratings element from the relevant template.
    If you post the URL of that page, we can be more specific with advice.

    Go to
    GD > Settings > Pages > Archive Item and remove the

    [gd_post_rating]

    shortcode.
