Sorry, I messed something up. These were working before, but not now:
– The map is not showing at my directory main page ( http://109.199.127.144/~growheal/physicians/ ). It works when I set wp permalinks to “custom” and add “index.php” but not when set to “post name.” Also, listings are not showing as excerpts.
– Clicking on listings is not loading detail pages.
I figured I’d better get this all working correctly before adding the plugins. 🙂
Thanx! Chik

I turned off your Supercacher.
I added the GD Listings Map widget to your GD Listings top section, that adds the map to
http://109.199.127.144/~growheal/physicians/Please check and let us know if there are still any issues.
September 23, 2015 at 1:56 pm #54204Thanx… you’re the best!
I do have one more issue. The map on the Physician Finder page is zoomed in to max, so I only see the location marker and solid tan. I’ve tried adjusting the zoom on the widget, but no change… and I haven’t found a zoom level setting anywhere else. What am I missing?

September 23, 2015 at 2:30 pm #54210That is not quite as expected, I’ll get Paolo to have a look at that.
As soon you have 2 or more listings, it will zoom differently.September 23, 2015 at 5:40 pm #54231Hi,
the problem here is simple, the 3 places share the exact same address. Once the 3 places will have different addresses, the map will zoom correctly. Currenlty in the widget options you have Map Auto Zoom enabled. If you disable it, it will use the zoom level you set.
Thanks
September 23, 2015 at 5:50 pm #54235Oh, too funny… I had temporarily used the same address until loading multi locations… then forgot!
Thank you!
September 23, 2015 at 5:56 pm #54237You are welcome 🙂
September 23, 2015 at 6:24 pm #54243I’m really sorry guys, but I’ve messed up something else.
I installed multi locations and custom posts type plugins, changed a few admin settings for these, and updated the addresses in the test listings.
Now, GD has completely disappeared from the Physician Finder page. 🙁

September 23, 2015 at 6:31 pm #54246Hi,
you changed the slug of gd places from phisicians to resources in custom post type. Logic consequence is that the URL changes: http://109.199.127.144/~growheal/resources/
Thank you
September 23, 2015 at 7:08 pm #54257Thanx! That got the page back. 🙂
But… the map is missing. What do I need to do to fix that?

September 23, 2015 at 7:54 pm #54265Supercacher isn’t compatible. No caching plugin is 100% compatible but GD Booster.
Thanks
September 23, 2015 at 8:11 pm #54266Thanx, Paolo.
Supercacher was turned off earlier this morning. The map worked after that.
But to be certain, just now I turned all Supercacher options in the c-panel, purged the cache and tested to confirm that it’s not active.
Still no map. What else could it be?
September 23, 2015 at 8:46 pm #54269Digging around here, I found that Post Type “Place” had been checked in GeoDirectory > Design > map.
I unchecked it and the map is back.
🙂
