Advanced Search – CPT

Hi,

I have a website running Geodirectory v1. The Advanced Search plugin has been installed and all is good. When I select a Custom Post Type the categories automatically change to match that of the CPT, as does the filter.

I’m creating a new website with GeoDirectory v2 and for the life of me, I can’t get it to replicate the search options. For a start, the CPT dropdown doesn’t appear. It only shows one category from one of the CPT’s and not the others.

I’ve gone to your documentation page and it says the CPT field should appear automatically if there are more than one CPT’s, which there is.

Please help as I’m struggling to find anything on your support forum page and documentation page.
