Hi, I recently noticed an issue where upon navigating to the user’s profile, users end up a blank page “../profile” rather that what I believe was previously “../members/username/profile”

The page it leads to previously had content in the form of a userswp profile shortcode which I suspected by being present may be overwriting buddypress template content somehow. However after removing the content, the issue still persisted. (Happy to move back to UWP once advanced user search is available)

Any idea what this could be? (I don’t recall any updates to buddypress in recent history)

All works as expected with BuddyPress.
../profile is a UsersWP page but you are not using that plugin.

    Thanks

All I can think off is that you did not ask UsersWP to uninstall all the data before de-activating the plugin, so the redirect from …/members/username/profile to …/profile has stayed active.

I’ll get the UsersWP developers to have a look too at your question to see if this is just a BuddyPress problem or something to do with the previous installation of UsersWP.

    Thanks

I understand that, we’ve just experimented with both to see which is a better suit for us atm. Was just trying to find the source of the error, it appears this may be a dead end.
