    Hi Kor,

    I’ve already done all this.

It doesn’t look like you reviewed my question thoroughly, or you misunderstood what I am asking.

    Hi Elizabeth,

Sorry about that. By default, a user must register for an account on your Website before they could create a listing as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/account-management/#add-listing . But you also allow “posting without logging in” using this option https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/account-management/#gd . Is this what you’re trying to achieve? If not, could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we could check your GD setup?

    Hi Kor!

Thanks for your response. I’ll take a look at these resources.

I am a little confused about the shortcodes that show up in my Avada Theme Elements selections…

It looks like your shortcodes are called:

    User Register
    User Login
    User Lost Password

(they all have a calendar icon to the left of it)

Then there’s a whole bunch of User WP shortcodes that do similar things!?!

Are they the same thing because they are connected, or are they different?

If I use your “register” shortcode, does it populate the Users WP database?

    Thanks for your response.

Look for the Widgets like “UWP > Register, those are ours.

Custom fields are stored in custom tables, but all users go into the WP user database (same as any other plugin). Therefore you can use any widget you like to server your purpose.
