Multi locations

I use eight towns in my directory with Port Alfred as default.
1 – When logged in everything works well but if the slider in the locations dropdown list was right at the bottom and you selected one of the towns it takes you to your selection. When, however, I now want to select another town some are missing from the list. This does not happen when the slider was in any other position (eg not touching the bottom) prior to selecting the second town
2 – When logged out I would select say Grahamstown and I go there but if I now select Port Alfred it stays on the Grahamstown Map yet it says that Port Alfred was selected
Please help as I no need to implement the Directory
