CSV Import Not working

Hi

I’ve tried smaller samples but I seem to keep getting the same issues. The Importer does not load all the records saying I have Blank Titles or invalid Post Types when this is not true. See attached CSV file and screen shot of resulting import.

In some cases even with records successfully imported, the titles are of the listing are not displaying correctly.

Please help.

You have a lot of invalid characters, are you using openoffice?
Have you copied and pasted from somewhere else?

It’s sourced internally but quite possibly with Spanish characters. We’ll do a clean-up. That reference link makes it clear, good idea to use OpenOffice to clean-up those non-standard characters. Let me try.

Hi,

post_id should be blank for all new imports.

You probably have that ID in the database for something else.

post_id should be there only if you are updating already existing listings.

Please delete all posts entered and re-import them without post_ids.
