Get images based on latitude and longitude

Getting no love from google search, so hoping to get a lead here

I’m trying to come up with a way to BULK find free sample images (flickr, foursquare?, instagram? etc) based on latitude and longitude. I thought at one time there might have been something on Theme Tailors for this but couldn’t find it.

searches end up referring to flickr API etc… doing the development myself is not an option…

not necessarily looking for something that will automatically load images for a geodirectory listing (although that would be pretty cool), but happy to have something that can be used to import using the manual CSV image upload method.

any ideas on how to get bulk images for places etc based on lat/long (apps, plugins, simple DIY)?
