Set Default Location

    Hi,
    I cannot set the default location. Country is Australia, City is Sydney and Region is Milsons Point but it keeps saying Sorry, no record were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.

    I have tried various combinations of City and Region and cannot make it work. Can you please advise, thanks.

    Hi Andrew, the Google API treats every suburb or town in Australia as a “city”, so use Milsons Point [city] – New South Wales [region] – Australia [country]

    Hi,

    I typed in the city field: Milsons Point and clicked on set city on map and it worked. See image attached.

    If it isn’t working, the problem could be a conflict with another plugins. Please provide a URL and admin credentials in a private reply (only staff can read them) and we will have a look.

    Sorry to bother again but I am not able to get the address to set correctly when adding places. It aways says No Record Found. Can you see what the error might be, thanks again.

    Hi,

    I don’t see errors on your website. The only problem you had was having wp permalinks set to default, while GD requires permlinks to be set to postname.

    Can you please tell me step by step what you are doing to recreate the error?
