I cannot edit places or add media to a listing. The “Add Media” button and the “Place Attachments/Select Files” button do not function. They are non-responsive.
Any suggestions?
November 30, 2015 at 5:34 pm #62028Hi Jeff,
most likely there is a JS conflict with another plugin.
Please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply (only staff can read) and we will have a look.
Let us know,
Thanks

there is an error at the end of your edit form that is breaking all scripts, the map isn’t loading as well:
Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to WC_Memberships_Meta_Box_Post_Memberships_Data::output() must be an instance of WP_Post, instance of stdClass given, called in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data01/77/2883277/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-memberships/includes/admin/meta-boxes/abstract-wc-memberships-meta-box.php on line 220 and defined in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data01/77/2883277/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-memberships/includes/admin/meta-boxes/class-wc-memberships-meta-box-post-memberships-data.php on line 70
Please try removing that plugin.
In addition it appears that you are hosted in a Godaddy WP managed plan. Their caching system isn’t compatible with GeoDirectory, you should ask them to move you into 1 of their VPS plans.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
December 3, 2015 at 8:06 pm #62482I removed the plugin and those functions are now working. Can you please explain to me how I can get the maps to work properly? It will not let me use an address that is not within my default location (San Diego). My directory will be for all of North America.
Thanks again for you excellent customer service. I will be upgrading and using you for years to come.
Jeff
December 3, 2015 at 8:34 pm #62491Hi,
the free plugin only allows to submit listing in the default location.
You will need the MultiLcoations add-on to be able to create a Country wide directory.
Thank you!

if you mean in the home page, you have sorting option in the widget.
GO to Appearance >> Widgets >> GD Home Content Section and open setting for GD >> Popular post view and change the option Sort by to Latest.
Let us know how you went,
Thx
