    Greetings,
I just purchased Geo Directory and am finding it to be very nice so far. I do have a question about installation, however. I Created two WP test sites bot with the identical themes. The display is different on the second one. The only difference is that the second one has the “Career Portfolio” plugin installed. Any ideas where to look to make it appear like the first install?

    First install (correct appearance): http://767.6bc.myftpupload.com/gd-home/
Second install (odd looking appearance and no Top Menu bar) http://bed.f9e.myftpupload.com/gd-home/

Hard to say without having a look in the admin (you can post admin details in a private reply if need be).
Have a look at the GD >> Theme compatibility settings first. Are they the same?
Have a look at GD > GD Tools: are all pages there if you run the GD Pages Check?

    Hi again,
Thanks for the help. I ran a theme update and that cured the problem. So I am up and running now.

I can’t find where to go in the settings to set the listings alphabetically. Is this possible to to do? I purchased the bundle. Is this an Add-on feature?

    Thanks again. Great support here!

    Hi,

to sort listings in listing pages alphabetically, go to Place Settings (or any other CPT) >> Sorting Option, add the title field from left to right box (click on it), double click on it once in the right box and set A-Z as the default sort option: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#sorting

If you are talking about the home page widgets, that can be done in Appearance >> Widgets in each widget options.

Let us know if this helped.

    Thanks
