Remove "Listing" tab from profiles

Hello, I will only have the admin account upload listings for my site. Therefore, I would like to hide the “Listings” tab from the profiles. If I remove it from the Buddypress Integration settings, it also removes the “Favorites” tab. Please help. Thank you.
