I have a new site and I got the server 500 error. My hosting’s support told me, that it is because of the GD plugins. (This is the second time this has happened, the first time was another domain, same hosting, same plugins). The theme is Cadence. Please help.

Hi,

if the application was the cause of the problem, it would be the same for +6000 websites, however it is not the case.

The problem is in the server configuration. probably mod_sucurity or something similar installed that is known to break wordpress in general.

I’d suggest to change hosting provider and you’ll see that with better provider the problem will vanish.
