listing problem

when i add listing and its new orleans city, but neeighborhood is westwego, it will not let me use new orleans, it always reverts back to westwego? no matter what i have tried it always adds the address as westwego?

Westwego is a city, not a neighbourhood of New Orleans.

Well i’ll be, they did remove it from new orleans and made its own city now along with other,
