Can't Logout

    Hello,

    I’m a new member and am really looking forward to setting up my site http://ukrainian.community

    I’ve had 2 issues so far

    1) When I try to log out of a user account, I get the attached screen shot. When I click “log out” I go to the home page and am not logged out.

    2) When I try to claim a listing, I submit the claim listing request and nothing happens, I don’t receive any admin email notification and the request does not appear in the admin dashboard. Attached is a screen shot of my claim listing settings.

    3) I don’t want to use the default “places” custom post type. How do I remove it?

    1. Do you get that also if logged in with another account than the admin? (use another browser to test)

    2. Don’t understand what is happening here. Is your site sending out other emails OK like registration and password emails?

    3. You cannot remove the Place CTP, but you can rename it. Do not rename the Post type.

    You might have to post your WP admin login details in a private message so we can investigate a bit further.

    What theme are you using?

    Try switching to a plain theme like 2012 and test again.

    1) I can log out of the admin account, just not a subscriber user account. Same problem in Chrome and Firefox. It may be logging me out but just not showing that I am logged out. When I try to log in as a subscriber through the wp-admin login page, and then try and claim a listing, I get the attached screen shot.

    2) The site is sending out password reset emails but that is it.

    Was using geodirectory theme, same problems in 2012 theme.

    Can’t find the solution, I’ll pass this on to Vikas to have a look.

    There does not seem to be any conflict with other plugins.

    When I tried to claim a listing, I was redirected to the home page, whereas the expected behaviour is that it stays on the page and gives me a notice that the submission was successful.
    Nothing arrived at admin in the Claim listings queue.

    Hi,
    It seems to be ur server setting related issue. Plz talk to ur host, send him attached image and ask, why this url give 403 error?
