Open review form on new page

    Currently on the review tab, say you have 8 reviews, to add a new review, the form is at the very bottom of the page after the 8 reviews, so it is hard to find the form without scrolling to the bottom of the published reviews.

    If I had a link at the top of the reviews – REVIEW THIS – Is there a way to have the new review form appear on a new page or maybe as a modal popup? I realize that it needs to link to the place being reviewed.
