GD Booster & Gravity Forms don't play well together

    I use Gravity Forms together with WPML. When accessing any of the forms, GD Booster delays the loading so much that you can view a text version of the page before it the page takes takes shape within the theme. When GD Booster is turned off, pages including forms load normally (i.e., no momentary text display).
