I have on whatshappeningtonight.com home page GD Home top section “adrotate” widget.

The adroate widget is designed to be resolute and thus resolve to computer, mobile or tablet. I have contacted the developer and this is his comment:
“Hello,

“If you resize your browser on desktop you’ll see that everything resizes, including the AdRotate box.
The image stays large. Probably something in your theme that keeps images at 100%.”

Can you confirm this please?

I cannot see any ad below the search at http://whatshappeningtonight.com/location/ so we cannot inspect anything.
But you could try adding this to your CSS:
```
img {max-width: 100%;}
```
Then you can test yourself.
