Thanks for your reference link, i resave the permalinks settings as described here

But i am getting same 404 error when i try to access the URL like this

http://site.com/places/united-states/pennsylvania/

Please note this URL working well

http://site.com/places/united-states/pennsylvania/philadelphia/buddakan/

Which template file use for the locations listing?
