    Hi there,

    What is the best option to show a Description / Introduction Paragraphs for eact custom post type.

    I need a wp editor field for Description / Introduction.

    What will be the best way to do that, can we add a new “TAB” at the Settings? If we can how can we do that.

    Any help will be highly appriciated.

    Thanks for your post. You can insert an extra custom field as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#textarea . Then display it on the Tab using the option “Show in what locations?” here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#custom . Let us know if it’s what you’re looking for.

    There are no built in widgets for GD for the CPT description or category description in GDV1, so, you would need custom code or a 3rd party plugin to diplay that. For example, make a custom text widget, then use Widget logic to diplay the widget only on the /nursing-homes/ cpt archive page.
