The browser on none of the platforms (mac, windows & Android) is asking for location and naturally the listing page is not showing up.
Do you think a complete fresh installation will help. If yes do you have any advice how to take out any hidden files, etc.
I am desperate to get this resolved.

It is working when I go to the listing page.
However there are two thing which are noticeably missing, which was working fine before this mishap (I renamed a virtual page and trashed another one)
1- Location based listing page used to pop up as soon as I visited the domain (childcareindia.org)
2- Listing maps used to show up in the themes main sidebar.Regards

Is there a way all embedded and hidden files can be removed for completely fresh installation.

I did everything listed by you, but no success i.e.
1. Created a child theme and removed duplicate themes.
2. Merged locations
3. Deactivated all plugins including Geodirectory and then activated one by one while testing the site.I noticed an error in the link below and am not able to locate the source.
“http://childcareindia.org/directory/locationhildcareindia.org/directory/india/telangana/hyderabad”
The domain is childcareindia.org and the above link has locationhildcareindia.org with the “C” missing and replaced by location.
Is this a problem. If yes need your help to sort it out.
– The listing map is still not showing up in the main side bar 🙁

I had found the advice of deactivating and activating in the forum and performed the check, but to avail.
I carry out your suggestions and let you know.
In the meanwhile can you let me know as why the listing map widget is not showing up in the right side main menu in the non geo pages/posts.
