    I didn’t understand how I can make pages that have this result:
    hotel+region (domain.com/hotel-region.html) and hotel+city (domain.com/hotel-city.html)

    If you mean WP Pages yes you can create anything you like as long as it isn’t a duplicate of an existing page.

    GD will automatically create all the pages with URLs listing here:

    i edit the Region Description but dont show on frontend. Why ?

    Add the GD Location Description shortcode to the Location page template.
