Nevermind. I figured it out.
After investigating a little further I think there is some issue with the category option being completely removed from my 2 listing custom post type forms.
I had been using the below code to hide the category option from the form since it was being autofilled, but I tried removing the css code and the category option on the listing forms is still gone.
Any idea why the category option would be completely gone now?
CODE I WAS USING:
#gd_placecategory_row{
display: none;
}#gd_hospitalcategory_row{
display: none;
}Thanks for the help!

Hi Paolo,
I am positive it is not a plugin conflict. I have already done what you are suggesting and that did not fix it. However I believe I did just find the issue. I tried deleting my php.ini file and it works now. I not sure what the issue within the file is though. Could you take a look at the attached file and let me know if you see anything obvious that could be causing this?

I did another test by making a copy of the website and moving it over to a domain WITHOUT and SSL certificate and it worked fine. So I am thinking it has something to do with the SSL certificate. Any ideas?
I tried deactivating all of my plugins except the Geodirectory plugin and add on plugins and removed all custom code from my functions.php and CSS styles and it still did not work. It just redirects to the home page.
No, it is still not working without the customizations. Everything was working fine on my test site with all of the customizations, now that I moved it over to the live site today I discovered it no longer works in my testing.
I went back and did a test on my initial testing site and it is working fine there. So i’m assuming it is something to do with me transferring the site to the final domain (nsjvma.com) or something to do with the SSL certificate.
Any help in solving this would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

How come on the backend it will requires me to enter a title and if I leave the description field blank it still creates the post?
