Ok, you left the Geotheme label below the Category Top Description:
“This will appear at the top of the category lsiting. Use %location_name% to show the current locations name.”
Now description works, but the %location_name% parameter is not working:

I get it.
I had selected recurring payments, thereupon only showed Paypal.
Well, is not working fine.
When I click “Pay and Publish” the listing is created as draft and receive Post Submitted Sucesfully mails even after the payment is not comleted.

Ok, I found the problem.
Code for Euro currency is EUR, not EU.
I think it would be useful include this link as reference into the backend for users outside USA: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/currency_codes/
I have set EU as default currency and € as currency symbol.

It should be works with Geodirectory…
