Paypal settings and payment error

    I receive this message when I try to pay with paypal:

    Este destinatario no acepta pagos en EU. Póngase en contacto con el comercio PayPal para pedirle que actualice las preferencias de recepción de pago para aceptar esta divisa.
    (In english: This recipient does not accept payments in U.S.. Contact PayPal for trade ask you to update the payment receiving preferences to accept this currency.)

    Need I set something in my paypal account?

    Also, after this payment error, listing is saved as draft and I receive Post Submitted Sucesfully mails although it wasnt published.
