it seems very likely that the billing setup is not complete.
you can check your API limits, and if the javascript API is set to 1, that is definitely the issue.
You can use the chrome inspector to see the error from the google api.
Check the api limit and let us know what you find.

Thanks for reporting. I can see the issue with the gd_listings shortcode and the developers have been alerted, they will post an update back here.
For the template issue, I can see it being applied on places, but not on vacation properties. On my test site the template is applied to both. The developers will let us know.
It looks like the v1 upgrade added a second gd_add_listing shortcode to the add listing page. thabks for reporting, the developers have been alerted
Please update GD to the latest version of the plug-in and see if the issue resolves itself.

FTP Password:About the 3rd party plugin, you will need to contact the author for support.
As soon as all the addons are made compatible and testing good. We are currently doing 1 a week so it won’t be much longer now, especially because the most complex ones have been released.
It will be necessary to arrange the widgets for your theme, but this is part of what the setup wizard does when you first install.

Some themes have a setting that overrides the setting WP Admin > Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most
Divi has one, for example, and others too.
You will need to remove or adjust the custom CSS for mobile because it is covering the button.
De-activating and deleting GD should not effect your data unless you have explicitly set the options in the uninstall.
You can take a backup of your site first if you have concerns.
Then yes, do delete the GD plugin and reinstall a fresh copy. If it shows up ok, then re-activate addons and update to the latest.
